Cooking Live!

Here’s a unique oppor­tu­nity to learn first-hand from an award-winning chef. Intro­duc­ing, Cook­ing Live! at Aerie a year-long series of monthly live cook­ing demon­stra­tions on the 16th floor of the Resort’s Tower.

The demon­stra­tions are approx­i­mately 45-minutes in length and give guest the abil­ity to watch, lis­ten and learn a vari­ety of cook­ing tech­niques from the Resort’s tal­ented culi­nary staff.

Past demon­stra­tions have included Cook­ing with Morels, Cherry Desserts, Local & Organic, Cook­ing with Beer, and much more.

The $15 fee to attend a show is applied as a credit to each guest’s entrée at Aerie imme­di­ately fol­low­ing the show. Advance reser­va­tions are rec­om­mended, with lim­ited seat­ing, but walk-ins will be accepted as space allows.
